P\u0159idejte pohyb  V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee chcete zhubnout v\u00edc ne\u017e kila z v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho hodov\u00e1n\u00ed, za\u010dn\u011bte se ke zdrav\u00e9 strav\u011b i h\u00fdbat. Kdy\u017e dodr\u017e\u00edte spr\u00e1vn\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, zhubnete, ale t\u011blo bude m\u00edt formu rozkydl\u00e9 \u017eelatiny \u2013 nic moc. Pakli\u017ee stoj\u00edte o vyhnut\u00ed se tomuto fenom\u00e9nu a o zpevn\u011bn\u00ed, cvi\u010dte. Cho\u010fte, b\u011bhejte, zajd\u011bte do posilovny nebo se zapi\u0161te na kurz zumby. Hlavn\u011b nese\u010fte na zadku doma. K \u010demu to v\u0161echno?  Cht\u011bli jste p\u0159eci sn\u00ed\u017eit v\u00e1hu. V\u017edy je ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das se sebou n\u011bco ud\u011blat. Jen to nenech\u00e1vejte na z\u00edtra, proto\u017ee tak se ke zm\u011bn\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu nikdy nedokopete.
